Kevin Eckler is extremely polite, intelligent, friendly, and knowledgeable about automobile repair. Rick is a great front desk manager- keeping appointments scheduled, greeting customers, ordering parts- keeps the flow going smoothly. Location is great, right by the Walkway Over The Hudson- if you don't feel like sitting in the waiting room on the comfy sofa, having a complimentary water or coffee, reading the New York Times newspaper- then go up and walk on the state park, the longest pedestrian walkway in the world, 212' above the Hudson River! (There is also a TV in the waiting room, but luckily for my taste the sound is very muted, not disturbing; it was like that when I came in, so I appreciate the very background low volume setting).

As a first time customer I have to say that my visit here was very exceptional. They have no reservations with explaining everything detail upfront and making sure I knew exactly what needed to o be done to my car. Very friendly and professional.

Rick and the guys at Foreign Car Specialists gave me one of the better auto repair experiences I've ever had. They addressed all concerns I had about my car and identified preventative measures that could be taken to promote performance as well. All in less then a week too. Very, very satisfied with FCS. Great job guys!

Foreign Car Specialists are honest, thorough and extremely good at what they do. After visiting them earlier this month to get come basic maintenance work done (as well as to fix an oil leak), I can say that I will be coming back regularly from now on. Before coming to Foreign Car Specialists, I was was told at another place that I would need to have a major work done on the car to get the leak fixed (including removing the transmission to get to the oil leak) and the total cost of the job would run over $1,000. Foreign Car Specialists ran several tests on the car to diagnose the problem, found out that the expensive repair called for by the first place I went to were unnecessary, and fixed the oil leak for a fraction of the cost cited by the other place. They are indeed honest and very, very good at what they do.

I have been going to foreign car for years, about 17 yrs, and I have always been confident in their work. When I first moved to this area I didn't know anyone. A co-worker introduced me to them. I felt comfortable and that I was given choices for each visit. They are reasonable, honest and do very good work. As I said, always gave you all the options for you to choose from. Definite must!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the service at FCS. Rick is always super accommodating and sensitive to the fact that we only have one vehicle. With short notice or no notice at all he does everything possible to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Whatever vehicle I purchase I will continue to bring it to FCS and I will gladly refer anyone I know who is looking for quality, reasonable and professional service to them.
