Good service and nice people

Trustworthy? Yes!Courteous? Yes!Competent? Yes!Complaints? No, but I want the Porsche in their cover photo!I was very satisfied with the service and the cost, and had a pleasure meeting the FCS team, who took care of my car on short notice. I might just fake a mechanical failure for an excuse to visit them again.

Once again a fabulous experience. Took our car in for brakes, broken air conditioner, and one other small item. Brakes are fixed reasonably and better yet was told the air conditioning was working fine it was just over filled with freon. Talk about honest. Love these guys. highly recommend them.

I really can't say enough good things about Foreign Car Specialist. They're always so courteous, and perhaps more significant... They are honest. My first experience with them goes back a few years when something very minor was happening with my car as I was literally driving by at 4:55 on a Friday night. As I pulled in I fully expected the typical mechanic response; impatience... rudeness ... The typical laughter because I couldn't diagnose my car myself Etc.... All of which I have experienced elsewhere more than once. Dealing with mechanics up until that point was a miserable experience for me... Right up there with getting teeth pulled! Haha!! Kevin, the owner, greeted me outside as he was cleaning up with a smile and inquired what he could do to help. He got right down on the ground in the parking lot to look under my car to help me with what was happening. He stayed late to take care of me and didn't even charge me!!! As I left I said "thank you so much for staying late on a Friday". His response? "That's what we do" WOW!!!! Needless to say I have been bringing my vehicle there ever since and every single experience is one that I trust... And has gone about as good as it possibly could. No return trips, as my car is always fixed right the first time. I would send any friend or family member there with a perfectly clear conscience knowing they will be treated exceptionally well and their car will be fixed properly.

Been going to Foreign Car for years (Acura, Volvo, BMW). Anything not covered by the dealership warranty is done by them. The place is well run and with the guys are excellent mechanics with high integrity. Love the place. Found them by through a personal referral and have sent many friends to them. Rick the manager is extremely detailed and patient in his explanations and the cars are always done when committed. Highly recommend.
