The front looks small, but theres a lot of space out back. This place came highly recommended from a colleague. I felt at ease after talking to their front desk specialist Rick. Straight forward and explained the issues. Prices are fair. It seems like they have a great team.

Fabulous service. Easy to schedule appointments. Helped diagnose a recurring problem and discovered a long over due recall causing it. Probably saved us a ton! Honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

Just about any shop can replace parts, it takes an experienced diagnostician to find out WHY the problem is occurring in the first place. Our technicians maintain several certifications, attend regular educational sessions to stay up to date on ever-changing technology and we utilize state-of-the art equipment including computer software which is necessary to troubleshoot, service and repair today's high-tech vehicles. We maintain software links with auto manufacturers' data to obtain recommended service reports for the vehicles we service which keep vehicles in optimum and safe running condition, provides recall advisories and helps us ensure that factory warranties remain in effect by following their guidelines. Rick, Kevin, and the whole team are always knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant . The waiting area is even more comfortable (thanks Lisa!), and estimates are accurate, with reasonable prices. All details and options are thoroughly explained. I recommend without reservation!

FCS surpassed my expectations, what i expected was a long process(plus a few extra things thrown in) turned out to be a one day task, they were very honest and trustworthy. you can count on me going back to Rick and Kevin for any/everything for my Volkswagen.
