FCS has been taking care of my car for 8 years and I have never had a problem with any repairs. I have an Audi TT which tends to developer some rather strange problems. I brought it in and they thought they fixed it but the problem returned. I brought it back and they spent a great deal of time and effort on it and would not give up until they were shure that the problem was fixed correctly.
