Service was as professional as usual.

We have taken our vehicle there the first time a few weeks ago and they were extremely helpful. We have a 2004 Mazda 6 and it needed a partial tune up and we were very happy with the outcome since the car had it's ORIGINAL spark plugs in it. Crazy right? HahaBut anyway we felt that they were so honest with us that we decided to bring our car back for another repair a few days ago for a old hose problem, they brought to our attention that there was a recall on the car's computer (From 2005) that we had no idea about. Which lead us to do research online and we found out there is ALSO a recall on our airbags! The recall was issued over the past year and the notice was sent to an old address of ours. So, If it wasn't for Foreign Car Specialists detailed work, we could have been in terrible danger! We still want to bring the car back to Foreign Car Specialists after we get the 2 recalls straightened out, with Mazda, for the hose issue because we cannot stand the big car dealership mechanics. So it's safe to say that we have found our new mechanic. :)Oh and another funny and helpful thing happened. During our first visit we left our toothpaste, that we just bought from the store, there on accident and when we went back for the more recent repair they had it waiting for us. Haha so awesome.

The most impressive aspect of Foreign Car Specialists is that they communicate in a very professional manner. Text, e-mail and yes even phone calls. Pleasant, honest and very professional.

The service is always outstanding . The craftsmanship of the techs and specialists is always spot on . The cost is always more reasonable than any other shop that I have visited . If you have an older car or brand new , this is the place .

I called to recieve information on my vehicle and the guy on the phone was terrible he attempted to humiliate and belittle me... The guy was a real a** hole

I appreciate the way that the technicians at Foreign Car Specialists keep an eye on all the systems in my car and let me know when something is starting to develop as a problem. And then they work with me to fix small issues before they become big problems. Most recently I can in for a scheduled oil change. I also asked about a "tic tic tic" noise coming from the wheels when I rounded a curve. The mechanic quickly found a problem with a small piece of metal that serves to shield the brake rotor of dust. he was able to clean it and trim it to keep it from rubbing. It was a very small job and I was appreciative of the quick fix. Foreign car Specialists has been servicing my vehicles from 32 years and it's good to know I have mechanics that can be trusted to do a good job

I'd been putting off maintenance on my Volvo for far too long. Kevin, Rick and Lisa were all incredibly helpful and made the process as easy and painless as possible. The estimated fee was nailed from the get go and Lisa kindly picked me up in my car at the train station- exactly when it was promised. I wish all businesses had this level of service. They sincerely care and it shows.
