Been going to Foreign Car for years (Acura, Volvo, BMW). Anything not covered by the dealership warranty is done by them. The place is well run and with the guys are excellent mechanics with high integrity. Love the place. Found them by through a personal referral and have sent many friends to them. Rick the manager is extremely detailed and patient in his explanations and the cars are always done when committed. Highly recommend.

Rick and the crew are always there for me when it's time to get something fixed on my car! They are definitely honest people and WILL NOT rip you off. On the contrary, if they find something wrong with your car they will advise you whether it really NEEDS to get done or if you can wait on it. They also keep a record of everything fixed....not fixed.....with your car.Bottom line......if you have a foreign car that is in need of repair.....call Foreign Car Specialists now!You won't regret it.

Always happy to share feedback. Making an appointment is easy. Rick at the front desk -- you don't get better than that in terms of pleasantness, knowledge, ability to explain things, and such. Work -- this time, just NYState inspection and oil change -- was done comparatively quickly and, I assume (based on past repair work) professionally/correctly. The waiting area is adequate, though, come to think of it, some people might enjoy something other than a "car channel" to watch. ('Didn't matter to me because I had a good book to read.) All in all, so-o-o much better than going to the dealer!

Everyone is polite, professional, as well as thorough explanations of work needed are provided. There are never any surprises. I have been bringing my cars to Foreign Car Specialists for over a decade. I have always received great, professional service at a fair price. Office was responsive to my questions which were many, supported my decision process and worked around my schedule which left the vehicle in the shop an extra day. Drove car today, so far the problems I asked to be addressed seem to have been resolved as all the odd noises (!) are gone and the car drives smoothly.

Great people, prices, and service! I've been visiting them for years for my Audi and now my Honda. They've always done better service for much cheaper than the dealer.
