I really can't say enough good things about Foreign Car Specialist. They're always so courteous, and perhaps more significant... They are honest. My first experience with them goes back a few years when something very minor was happening with my car as I was literally driving by at 4:55 on a Friday night. As I pulled in I fully expected the typical mechanic response; impatience... rudeness ... The typical laughter because I couldn't diagnose my car myself Etc.... All of which I have experienced elsewhere more than once. Dealing with mechanics up until that point was a miserable experience for me... Right up there with getting teeth pulled! Haha!! Kevin, the owner, greeted me outside as he was cleaning up with a smile and inquired what he could do to help. He got right down on the ground in the parking lot to look under my car to help me with what was happening. He stayed late to take care of me and didn't even charge me!!! As I left I said "thank you so much for staying late on a Friday". His response? "That's what we do" WOW!!!! Needless to say I have been bringing my vehicle there ever since and every single experience is one that I trust... And has gone about as good as it possibly could. No return trips, as my car is always fixed right the first time. I would send any friend or family member there with a perfectly clear conscience knowing they will be treated exceptionally well and their car will be fixed properly.

The place is well run and with the guys are excellent mechanics with high integrity. Love the place. Found them by through a personal referral and have sent many friends to them. Rick the manager is extremely detailed and patient in his explanations and the cars are always done when committed. Highly recommend.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the service at FCS. Rick is always super accommodating and sensitive to the fact that we only have one vehicle. With short notice or no notice at all he does everything possible to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Whatever vehicle I purchase I will continue to bring it to FCS and I will gladly refer anyone I know who is looking for quality, reasonable and professional service to them.

Rick and the crew are always there for me when it's time to get something fixed on my car! They are definitely honest people and WILL NOT rip you off. On the contrary, if they find something wrong with your car they will advise you whether it really NEEDS to get done or if you can wait on it. They also keep a record of everything fixed....not fixed.....with your car.Bottom line......if you have a foreign car that is in need of repair.....call Foreign Car Specialists now!You won't regret it.

Always happy to share feedback. Making an appointment is easy. Rick at the front desk -- you don't get better than that in terms of pleasantness, knowledge, ability to explain things, and such. Work -- this time, just NYState inspection and oil change -- was done comparatively quickly and, I assume (based on past repair work) professionally/correctly. The waiting area is adequate, though, come to think of it, some people might enjoy something other than a "car channel" to watch. ('Didn't matter to me because I had a good book to read.) All in all, so-o-o much better than going to the dealer!

Always a pleasure to have a car worked on at Foreign Car Specialists. Appointments are scheduled in a timely matter with emergency situations always handled promptly. Everyone is polite, professional, as well as thorough explanations of work needed are provided. There are never any surprises. We have always been contacted before any work that was not discussed, needs to be done.
