Kevin Eckler is extremely polite, intelligent, friendly, and knowledgeable about automobile repair. Rick is a great front desk manager- keeping appointments scheduled, greeting customers, ordering parts- keeps the flow going smoothly. Location is great, right by the Walkway Over The Hudson- if you don't feel like sitting in the waiting room on the comfy sofa, having a complimentary water or coffee, reading the New York Times newspaper- then go up and walk on the state park, the longest pedestrian walkway in the world, 212' above the Hudson River! (There is also a TV in the waiting room, but luckily for my taste the sound is very muted, not disturbing; it was like that when I came in, so I appreciate the very background low volume setting).
