I'd been putting off maintenance on my Volvo for far too long. Kevin, Rick and Lisa were all incredibly helpful and made the process as easy and painless as possible. The estimated fee was nailed from the get go and Lisa kindly picked me up in my car at the train station- exactly when it was promised. I wish all businesses had this level of service. They sincerely care and it shows.

I went to Foreign Car Specialists for the first time in an emergency situation with a bolt in my tire. They took care of it within an hour and were very kind. I thought of them because of raving recommendations from two friends.

I took my car there for a simple annual inspection last month. When I got my car home I discovered three things that I didn't ask for: 1) My registration on my windshield was ripped. 2) My trip meter was reset back to zero. Not sure why someone took it upon themselves to press the button and reset my meter. I reset it on January 1st and was calculating how many miles I drove in the calendar year. 3) The inspection sticker they placed on my windshield didn't even have the hole punched for the month of inspection. All of these things really ticked me off.

We would be more than happy to issue a $21 credit towards a future service if we had indeed failed to meet any requirements for inspection.

I was there yesterday because the antifreeze in my car was leaking, I call them right away and they fix the problem, with always amazing costumer service and they always explain to me the pros and cons of everything, I love that place
