First time in today and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and definite feeling of confidence with them. Brought in my Acura and they were able to take care of the issues, and make me aware of several more things that could use attention. Felt zero pressure to do anything about them until I needed to. Will definitely be back. Bonus...getting the car back washed, waxed and vacuumed.

Rick is excellent to work with determining what my car required. Ryan is an excellent mechanic who puts his heart into the Volvo as if it were his car. Together, my confidence and appreciation for the work they completed has given my Volvo a new lease on life for the next 150,000 miles.

They are great! They absolutely will take care of you. Rick behind the counter is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. If your car is out of warranty, they will do everything they can to fix your problem so that you are not stuck having to pay the ridiculous prices from your dealer. The first time I visited I was apprehensive because it's located right in the city of Poughkeepsie. However shortly after siting in the waiting room and actually seeing how they operate I became very comfortable. Since then I have been back at least 4 times to have a clutch repaired, oil change and now tires. Every time I come in Rick remembers me by name and we can have a conversation about almost anything. I sincerely give this place the best rating because they deserve it. But don't take my word on it. Come in and see for yourself.
