Foreign Car Specialists is truly a company that runs on honesty and integrity, and they replaced my tire quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. They even placed mats on my car floor in the front two seats to keep it clean. I dealt with Rick, who is extremely kind and friendly. Definitely recommend this place- whether you are from the area or not!

Rick and the crew were absolutely great. They re-arranged the service schedule to work on my car earlier when I decided to wait instead of picking up the car as originally planned. They kept me informed during every stage of the service about what they were doing and what problems they were finding. ,The comfortable waiting room and excellent wi-fi enabled me to work remotely without any problems while I waited. At the end of the appointment, Rick reviewed the items needing future service and we established a time frame for those items and set the next appointment. I took the car to Richmond for the Thanksgiving holiday a week later and had no problems. i will continue to use Foreign Car Specialists for my Betzie (2005 BMW X3) and any other imported vehicles I may purchase in the future.

Rick and the team at Foreign Car Specialists are the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Honda. I live in Albany and drive down annually to get my service done by them. They are knowledgeable and fair. Highly recommend!
