Thunderous applause and top marks for Foreign Car Specialists (South Campus), Poughkeepsie, NY. We were driving our 2016 BMW 328Xi sedan back from Nantucket to Philadelphia via a 3-day stayover in Hyde Park when the air conditioning system quit in mid afternoon during upper 90's outside temps. The local BMW dealer said it would be a week before they could even look at our car. The Foreign Car Specialists said they could look at it and gave us a pleasant vintage Audi Quattro to drive while they worked on our car between scheduled appointments. They had the car ready by 4:30, having done a thorough diagnostic job using fluorescent dye and recharging the AC system, in part with the cleaned fluid from our car. As a bonus, Tim (repair lead) and Lisa (front desk) are two of the nicest people we've met in a long time. We wish we had these folks in our area.
