My brakes suddenly lost effectiveness. Kevin advised me to get it towed to him because brakes can go from bad to non-existant in an unanticipated second. I realized that if someone were to pull out in front of me it could be my last second. I got it towed. They took care of me as soon as possible and even offered a temporary car if I needed one.
