I had a wonderful experience today. I thought I had a problem after running over a large stick in the road during a rainstorm. They were super nice and friendly, and kept me updated through the day. After a careful evaluation I was told that the car was OK! Can you imagine that?? I've never been to an auto repair shop and not had a recommendation to "do something." They gave my car a thorough evaluation, took photos, and even had me take it on a test drive with the specialist before leaving just to make sure it was OK. Fantastic service, and I certainly TRUST this place! I will never again use another garage.

After a futile 6 weeks at VW dealership, FCS had my 1971 Bus back on the road in a couple of hours. Great, friendly owners and professional staff, top to bottom. I was informed of progress every step of the way (thanks Rick). Fair pricing on all services. Great advice for future servicing. Suggestions on everything from less expensive insurance for my classic old bus, to information on a nationwide network of similarly proficient repair shops. As painless an automotive repair experience as is possible. AND, they let me do the crossword puzzle in their waiting room copy of NYT:) Other service-oriented companies could learn a lot from these guys.
