I called this business to get a quote for a footwell module for a 3 series BMW, and they told me they had to "look at it" in order to get a price. When I mentioned that it just had to be replaced because it was warped, the reply was "it's gonna be expensive" then when I mentioned that I already know the issue and have the footwell module to replace the warped one with, they told me that they do not take parts from customers to install. I actually had AAMCO do the job with no problem and and I'm not sure what this place meant by "expensive" (more than likely unsure of what bogus price they would charge me for the service) but I had the job done for $300 bucks. I find this place to be unprofessional in how they do business and insult perspective customers. Expensive isn't of your definition. After all, you're not the one paying for it. You should learn etiquette when dealing with money. You lose business assuming you know what's best for others. I own a BMW. I have expensive taste, clearly.

okay, my car is finicky. brit car built by ford. you have to be patient and approach it with care. Foreign Car Specialists hooked me up! They installed an after market part I brought to them to upgrade my stereo to bluetooth, programmed it, and went over and above to get my car through ny state inspection. Thank you guys!
