They were great. Answered all my questions(all 800 of them) and actually knew what they were doing with my MINI when so many other places say can but really can’t, these guys can. If you have a MINI go here now that our dealership has closed.

Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish! If you have a MINI, these guys are your new best friend now that the local dealership has closed. The closest is now 50 miles away. Very nice, very friendly. Email AND text updates while the looked over the car, each recommended service you could approve or deny via your phone. And they return calls and messages very quickly. I have not one negative thing to say about this experience.

I always feel that I get the best, most honest service from Foreign Car Specialists. I have always trusted them to take good care of my auto and me.

These guys were awesome. Got my timing chain done in a single day with less than a week's notice. Came in way cheaper than the stealership. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff as well

I called this business to get a quote for a footwell module for a 3 series BMW, and they told me they had to "look at it" in order to get a price. When I mentioned that it just had to be replaced because it was warped, the reply was "it's gonna be expensive" then when I mentioned that I already know the issue and have the footwell module to replace the warped one with, they told me that they do not take parts from customers to install. I actually had AAMCO do the job with no problem and and I'm not sure what this place meant by "expensive" (more than likely unsure of what bogus price they would charge me for the service) but I had the job done for $300 bucks. I find this place to be unprofessional in how they do business and insult perspective customers. Expensive isn't of your definition. After all, you're not the one paying for it. You should learn etiquette when dealing with money. You lose business assuming you know what's best for others. I own a BMW. I have expensive taste, clearly.

Most of the times I'm busy and far from Poughkeepsie but as soon as I have a chance I bring my car to these guys and their shop. Thank you!
