Rick, Kevin, and the team have always treated me with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I've been coming here since 2002 and this is the only auto shop that I've been to that doesn't make me feel as though I'm being taken for a ride.

At the front, Rick's desk-side manner is impeccable -- can't think of another business that can beat his. Timely. Explains everything. Reasonable cost. So glad not to be going to the dealer any longer (my Corolla has outlasted its coverage there)!

as always, you guys took care of my car as requested but then went the extra mile or two to let me know about the condition and prognosis of my tires, the state of my wheel covers, and everything else I needed to drive safely, easily, for a long time to come. and you were all so welcoming and happy. There is nothing more off putting then and unhappy worker, except for a dog with terrible halitosis.
