Great place! Everyone is very nice and easy to work with, and they are happy to explain what’s going on with your car and what the charges are. They will also bend over backwards to help you - I was surprised at the cost of a new battery (did not know it was an AGM battery) and when I asked they explained why the cost was so high, and looked into finding cheaper options. You definitely get what you pay for, and I really appreciate that I can take my car here and not worry that it’s the first time the tech is using their metric wrenches. I like that do a full car exam every time it goes into the shop, so you can catch things early. I have taken my car to FAS on multiple occasions and have had a positive experience each time.
