I brought my 1964 Jaguar XKE to Kevin after experiencing so much frustration in getting it to run right and stop stalling. Kevin was meticulous, which is really an understatement! He performed a comprehensive analysis of the entire car and quickly eliminated potential sources of the problem (fuel system, the coil, etc) and identified a faulty distributor which he replaced. Problem solved! But he went the extra mile (s) from there and fixed the corroded switches, tuned up the brakes, painted the calipers, fixed the detonation timing on the starter motor, and innumerable other annoying little problems. After he finished (and left me with a comprehensive assessment of future issues, like replacing the clutch—which involves pulling the engine) I had a most glorious and uneventful 45 mile drive home, with the engine humming and performing perfectly. Wonderful experience and a great, caring team of mechanics!!!
